Site Surveys
The on location survey helps us gain a complete understanding of the physical parameters of your site and assures that all technical details such as space limitations, power supply and equipment needs will be met.

Events:
At the beginning of every event contract, Chase Creative will meet with you to gain a thorough understanding of your vision for the event. Throughout the process of bringing that vision to life, we perform a series of quality assurance checks which virtually eliminate on-site failures and costly delays.


RENTALS:
Whether it's for an individual rental, or as part of a complete event package, each and every piece of Chase Equipment is inspected TWICE before it's delivered to you. We inspect it inside and out, top to bottom and right down to the very last fingerprint to guarantee that every piece is accounted for, working properly and professional in appearance - every time.
Venue Coordination
Chase Creative also communicates with the venue, to make sure we're aware of each and every detail and requirement of the space.
Detailed Drawings
Using all the information gathered from the site and the venue management, we create detailed technical drawings of the space. By planning out your event and equipment needs to scale on paper, we're able to identify and avoid potential conflicts and technical issues.
Equipment Check
Before it leaves the Chase warehouse, our technicians inspect each piece of equipment to ensure that it is complete, functional and clean. We repeat this check after the event or rental duration to ensure that the equipment is ready for its next use - two inspections are better than one.
Follow-up
After each event, we contact you to follow-up and gauge your overall satisfaction with our performance. We value your feedback, and we're always looking for ways to improve, so that we can continue to polish our service and best meet your needs.
